this game probably hasn’t received much hype seeing how nobody knows about it. The game has potential to be a great success, but it could just as easily flop out. From the videos it seems like your playing power rangers =\ I’m not sure everybody wants to go around going ‘we need megazord power now’ lol i mean transforming is cool but when you have to get bigger because of it, it tends to make the game worse off …

The game is going to be released in 2009 so its a work in progress, the fighting system will improve greatly and new moves will be added to the character.

Anybody else notice how similar the music in the 3rd is to Crono’s theme? I noticed it more prominently after about 1:24

The “anime thing” is a sore eye? Come off it. It’s not your cup of tea – fine. However, there are millions upon millions of people who happen to disagree with you. RPGs would not be where they are today without anime influences (and vice-versa). Whether you like it or not, certain games will continue to use that style and I don’t see any end to it in the near future.

Also, some people here need to stop beating a dead horse. Quit the lame PS3/360 bashing.

Level-5 is one of the most impressive developers out there, and I have faith that they will deliver a quality product. Don’t believe me? Check their credentials.

Personally, i found the combat system a bit lacking. I mean, making it real time combat, brings lots of problems. they have to much action games combat system in order for it to work.
and frankly, at the moment, the combat looks extremely clunky and unimpressive. slow attacks, no realistic impact, bad movements.

if they manage to fix this, then the game is on my must buy list. if not, oh well, there are many more rpgs on the way.

Umm.. Lost Odyssey was not a flop… also there are plenty of good games coming out on the XBREAK as you call it. Your just too much of a Sony Loving Fan Boy that you are incapable of seeing what is good and what isnt… I mean oh wow PS3 gets what Metal Gear Solid and FFXIII. I better hold on to my breaches because that is a show stopper! lol, fanboyism is pathetic.

P.S. I own on 3 systems and enjoy each in their own special way. But I have to say I use my PS3 way more for blu-ray than for gaming.
