Call of Duty 4: Top 5 Multiplayer Annoyances

Ok, so everyone knows that Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is an awesome game. It continues to sell at a breakneck p
ace and has established one of the largest online communities since its release in November of 2007. Now that everyone has been playing online hardcore players can agree on one thing, some things in multiplayer can really piss you off.
I won’t even go into the inevitable encounters with online idiots that you are guaranteed to come across. Those would be the racists and the little kids whose voices haven’t cracked and spend most of the match squealing like spanked pigs.
This list is about in-game multiplayer annoyances and the people that use them to maximize the frustration factor for everyone else.
Without further ado…
Number 5 – Idiot reaches level 55 and decides not to enter “prestige mode”…ever
We’ve all experienced it. You get into the lobby, check the rank of everyone in the lobby and notice that 5 players are all at level 55. Ok, so they’re good. Then, you get into the match and they absolutely own you. I’m talking you die almost as instantly as you spawn. They know where you’ll be, they have insane proficiency with every weapon in the game and they let you know it. Clearly, they are “prestige mode” material. Then, after you get your ass handed to you at your meager level 30 rank, they decide to call you out for sucking. Good times. Real cool. Man up and make the game a challenge for yourself by entering “prestige mode.” Pwning noobs doesn’t prove anything to anyone. It only confirms that you are a jackass.
Number 4 – This automatic shotgun will go great with my martyrdom perk!
Again, we’ve all seen it. These players constantly sprint around the map flying into rooms with the finger on the trigger and using about as much skill as it takes to blow up a balloon. Then, when they inevitably die, they drop their grenade (thanks martyrdom perk) and hope that their “tactics” were enough to take someone with them. Bonus jackass points awarded to the players that employ this strategy in tiny maps.
Number 3 – Spawning into an air strike or helicopter attack
Ok, this one can’t be blamed on players, so much as on Infinity Ward. Yes, the attack choppers and the air strikes are a cool idea. However, where the game brea
ks is when you are playing in a map like “shipment” and a helicopter attack kills everyone and everything. The map is so small that you have no chance of shooting the chopper out of the air before someone else takes you out. The result, non-stop sprinting for cover until the chopper is gone. The frustration: in a map as small as “shipment” you can bet those choppers will be out for almost the entire game as elite players rack up 7 kills over and over and over. Spawning into random chopper fire “hilarity” ensues.
Number 2 – Hey, I have 3 frag grenades, I better use them all within 2 seconds of respawning
You can bet that almost as soon as players reach the level to unlock these babies they will be clipping an extra 2 frags to their belts. And why not? You can throw a grenade anywhere and some sucker almost always accidentally stumbles into it. I wish COD 4 kept stats on how you get killed. Was it a sniper rifle? Was it a handgun? Or was it another damn grenade. I spend most of my time navigating the minefield of grenades, especially in smaller maps.
Number 1 – Juggernaut, the second chance for those who can’t get the job done without it
This was easy. Who hasn’t shot a player point blank in the chest after getting the drop on them, only to have them suddenly realize you are there and somehow kill you instead. It happens every game. Its happened to me. Its happened to you. It will happen again. Juggernaut is like the perk for players that accept the fact they need need a handicap to compete online. I have simply lost count of the number of times I’ve heard players scream into their headsets when they get killed by a player with this perk. It happens every game.
Phew. Well that’s it. I know there are other things in there that annoy people so if I’ve missed your personal pet peeve let me know in the comments section.
Now that I’ve got that off my chest, I’m heading back online. Because lets face it, despite these annoyances, Call of Duty 4 is damn fun. Thanks Infinity Ward!

wow i think the author of this has to be one of those people that whine about every single little thing. I really like #1 LOL who cares if other people dont go into prestige mode. If they kicked your ass that bad then it wasnt cause they were level 55 and you were level 30, it is cause you suck that much and they would most likely have kicked your ass no matter what the levels attained are. Being high level offers no advantage other than weapons available and even at that you can pick up weapons from the ground and use them even if you arent at the level to unlock them. In the PC version there is no option to enter pretige mode, once you get to level 55 you stay there unless you create a whole new profile to play under.
My advice to the guy that wrote this is to go play Halo and join the rest of the punks. ‘;..;’
The things you have complained about can all be avoided or worked around. You my friend are an idiot. Juggernaut can easily be stopped with stopping power. Why are you running around the map where gernades are proned to land. Why not wait and watch the airstike and then respawn. SO MANY WAYS TO AVOIDED THE PROBLEMS YOU LISTED…YOU PROBABLY JUST SUCK!

COD4 is very well balanced, let people play however they want, and don’t cry every time you don’t win.

In other words, you suck so much you need to vent your lack of skill to people you think care. I am not anybody on the list, I’m the guy who sucks it up and kills the people on the list, and also people like you.
I usually dont reply to material like this but for one let me tell you many people dont prestige because there is no point in it. Im a level 55 second prestige and im not doing that crap anymore and I always get higher prestiges then me. So not prestiging doesnt mean someone is owning some noob, as you say. It jus means they dont feel like getting some fancy icon next to there name like majority of players. All your other issues with MP are somewhat annoying but it gets the job done and it gets you the win. I dont run around with Juggarnaut but I will run around with Shotgun on small levels and sometimes even big ones. Why? To hunt out half the campers that just sit back and snipe or wait around a corner for a kill. Anyone can argue about every aspect of MP shot I think the M-16 is a noob weapon and anyone can get a kill with it it doesnt require much skill. But at the end of the day its whatever get the win.
I have qualms about number 5. Prestige mode doesn’t really mean you’re better it just means you spend alot of time with the game. Lot’s of people choose to stay at 55 so they don’t have to keep earning weapons over and over again. Doing prestige does nothing but give you something to do while you’re playing. It just lets people know that you play the game alot. Some people don’t like doing cause people sometimes kick you out of a room when your prestige is “too high”. Everyone is on equal ground though. The thing that does suck is glitchers.
I on the other hand agree with this guy. There are alot of unfair moments in COD4, that no matter how skilled you are will still kick you in the nuts.
1. The bog in domination. Holy Sh**, if you happen to be on the looser team, then you are in for one hell of a nightmare, as soon as the tougher team captures flag B and A,then its all over for the looser team. Why you may ask????…….well you see when you only have one flag in your team, then all of your teammates respawn in the same small, section of the map, the winning time only has to lay low in the multiple hide points and camp, waiting for you to pop out, the whole match goes like that and it becomes very overwhelming.
2. when you are in a very chaotic battle and you get killed, respawn a mile away, which means you have to sprint to get there again, but on your way there you get sniped, and the whole process can repeat many times, so you never actually participate on the big fights instead you have to just hold on where you respawn untill the fight comes to you.
3. I can guarantee you that 2 out of 10 headshots you aim actually land, you see for some reason your opponent takes you down faster if they shoot you on the legs then if you shoot them in the head/face. To me if you shoot someone in the head, juggernaut or not they have to come down, turns out the kill-cam it shows how he killed you by shooting you in the ankle.
4. campers, campers, campers. This people who we’d wish their mothers had life insurance that cover abortion, they lay down, sit crawl only 10 feet the entire match, with their scopes. Roof tops happen to be their favorite spots, or dark secluded corners.With their claymores all over the god damned place. Its such a great satisfaction when you crawl up to this bastards and slash them in the back, or you toss a grenade in their
direction.
5. last but not least, trying to join a game takes time, thats fine with me, but when you finally get to join one, the host decides to disconnect right when the game finishes loading, I just feel like shooting the bastard in the face. How about when you log out from a map try joining another one, only to be the exact map you just played. I hate repetitive maps.

Martrydom… not much else out there is more aggravating. The person sucks, and gets killed so lets give them a chance to get a kill or two extra after their dead.
I’m loving all the angry emails about this post! Seems I struck a chord. No, I’m not whining about any of these things. Believe me, they come from the thoughts and feelings of people I play with online.
Also, I definitely agree with the campers call. The reason it didn’t make the list was because I feel Infinity Ward did an awesome job making maps where every position has multiple ways it can be accessed. That and the kill cam. If a guy is camping and you see where he snipes you from, you should be able to make him pay when you respawn.

I think every COD4 gamer can agree with you on one or more of your complaints.
Infinity Ward would undoubtedly come back at you with, “are you using the perks to YOUR advantage?”
For instance – throw on juggernaut and take out that auto-shotty guy (doesn’t solve the Martyrdom though) or use juggernaut to survive long enough to find some cover as the air-strike or chopper is inbound. Getting spawn-camped? Toss your three grenades in a last-ditch effort to make it out of your spawn… Balance is what the perks were designed for – and if gamers haven’t figured that out yet, that’s why they are getting stomped by the level 55’s.
I would have put martyrdom as the #1 annoyance in my book – it has no counter or perk that defeats it.
I am one of those ‘idiots’ that stayed at level 55 and did not make the prestige jump. Why? Because I have everything unlocked – giving me the advantage to beat the auto-shotty, the noob-tube, etc. If they offered an “automatic explosive pick-up and throw perk” for completing all of the prestige modes, I would be interested. Let me toss that martyrdom grenade away from me!

i dont have the juggernaugt problem cus i always play on hardcore servers, but ill have to agree with everything else
All that is nothing compaired to the fact that you can not choose what maps to play in ranked multiplayer matches. Its a lame map rotation that resets every time a player quits, leaving you playing 3 maps 4 or 5 times each and other maps only once or not at all during a night.
Why should any one have to play maps they absolutely hate in hopes that the next game they may get to play a map they like.
And when you get on a map you do realy like and have a great game on and would like a rematch or to just do the map again, you are shit out of luck, you have to wait and hope it comes up again sometime that night. There is no way in hell I would purchase new maps if I might only get to play 1 new map once in a whole night of playing because of the random map rotation setup.

I can see most of the points that you made with one exception. The one thing that makes me the maddest, even worse that shooting someone point blank in the chest with a m60 and they still kill me is the damn lucky ass grenade toss. You will watch the replay and they don’t even have any grace to it either they just throw blindly and hope for the best and most of the time it lands right in my lap. I don’t know maybe I paid to much attention in basic training as to when to throw one of those little toys but it sure gets my goat.
Yet more idiotic complaints about COD 4. I guess it will never stop.
I’m on the first level 55 ….. have been on there since forever and have about 42,700 multiplayer kills.
If you didnt perhaps know, there are better goals than resetting your rank ….. like unlocking one of the golden guns. Not many players can do this in 1 prestige.
On perks: every player is allowed to select one perk from perk 1, 2 and 3. I wonder what you and the other complainants chose. Each perk give a player an advatage of some sorts. I always play with claymores, a UAV jammer and deep impact. I plant claymores at entrances to my location when I snipe or I place them around corners and run in the opposite direction. This way I know I have a bit of “protection” from players coming from behind or players flanking. If I ever run into a claymore, I only have myself to blame as you’re not supposed to blindly just run around corners. With my UAV jammer, I dont show up on the radar and can “surprise” the enemy by flanking them. Deep impact allows me to shoot through walls. I get about 20-30% percent of all my kills this way. So yeah, these perks is what I chose, it gives me an advantage.
I dont play to keep the enemy’s irratation level down. I play to win: for myself and , in clan matches, for my clan. I’ll kill the enemy in whichever way is allowed in the game.
I dont do prestige because I play for my team in very competative leagues – I’m the teams “Ninja” using bomb squad, UAV Jammer and dead silence to eliminate the enemy team and sneak into objective areas e.g. bomb sites or HQs and if I decide to feck off and do pretige so when the near daily clan match occurs and I dont have the required perks or weapons to fufil my role in the team then I may let my team down – If you cant take me in a public game cutting your noob balls of then leave the game.
Your all sissies. Oh my god I respawn run back to the SAME spot and get sniped! When you run back to the general area you just got killed in, expect to be killed again. I cant wait til noobs learn this. Other than that. Compare all this to really being on the battlefield. Now please shut the hell up.

Good post dude, I completely agree! I hate it when the host has a shite connection or leaves through the middle of the game. I have noticed the last 2 weeks that the xbox live play for COD4 has been patheticly brutal at times, makes me wonder what were paying money for to have a “premium” online experience.
I think if your a serious clan player then the gripe about prestige mode doesn’t apply to you, moreso the jackass who brags about how bad he pwnd a bunch of noobs. I have to admit I sometimes am that guy with the semi-auto shotty and martydom on maps like Vacant and Shipment, it can be cheap for sure, but with the long open corridors on Vacant you definitely can get mowed down easy.
One thing I would like to add as a major complaint is the lack of guest account support for COD4 on xbox live. When you got people over at your house it is dam fun to make a 4 person party in Halo 3! The 4 person split screen and the noob friends usually result in your party getting severely pwnd but its good for a laugh and a way for “non gamers” to experience online play. I can only think that this would allow people to cheat the rankings if they allowed this feature. Why can’t Infinity Ward add a game mode for guest accounts parties that does not keep track of the stats?
I hate noobs. Wheen I’m playing COD4 on my ps3. I’m playing an intense TDM game. I just lost the game and Im like wtf. Why did i loose I have more kills then the top person on the other team. Then I look below everyone in my team and find one or two people on rank 7 or 12. They have 3 kills and 13 deaths. this pisses me off. I hate cod4 with noobs cause you’re guaranteed to loose. I can’t always carry the whole team.
i hate it when thos jerk off ge every heavy weapon and explosive pack ther is and they just bnker down and have c-4/carbombs all over and claymors all around and then the m-60 and auto shot gun is B_Swhat i do to avoid this is use claymoores and cover my flanks and rear i get UAV dead silence and deep impact i always move with a ghille suit on and a m 21 silenced with an mp5 silenced and then i just set up and look for every one getting blown up by the jerk offs the set the bombs and such i kind of act as a vigilante and its realy fun but when i see some one get blown up i scan with my scope if i cant see them or their muzzle flash from when they shoot i equip my mp5 and go building to building (WATCHING FOR CLAYMORS AND C-4) and move quietly if i find them i knife kill them incase they have budies that are protecting them then i go back to my snipiong spot and go again

Spawn points need improvement…periodically the stupid randomness makes no sense.

Uhm, the best weapon of all is the M16 and you get it from the beginning. It’s not that you unlock “better” weapons when you level, you unlock OTHER weapons with other characteristics.
I’m sorry my friend I disagree with you a bit. The spawning into an airstrike…that sucks, but just dumb luck. I agree random grenade tossess are a little ridiculous, but oh well…its not going to stop. As for the other things, I think your complaints are ridiculous. Those are things that are built into the game for you to take advantage of just like everybody else. I cant tell you how many 55’s I beat when I was in the 20’s. If you can get to a 10 and are not the worst player ever, a 55 or any other number shouldnt matter. Dont blame other players for making the best use of all the available options to them. You can stay at 55, do prestige, or just find a new game to play. I suggest the latter, it sounds you are not cut out for COD4.
There are alot of things in the game that annoy me, but Infinity Ward but them in the game for a reason. As far as noobs, everyone has to start somewhere. Going Prestige is fun. I enjoy the challenge of having to start over and earn my rank again. Also, I’ve pwned many level 55’s so whether you go Prestige or not it really doesn’t matter. It’s all about having skill, some of us do and others don’t. My weapon of choice is whatever weapon I get my hands on. I have no favorite. I can’t wait until the new maps so that I can find new ways to crush my enemies.
I find snipers and grenade launchers kind of annoying, as I’m sure many ppl do, but my biggest gripes have to do with perspective and the kill-cam.
From my point of view, it seems like I’m crouched completely behind a wall, or vehicle or whatever but then when I get killed (usually sniped) the killcam shows be as more or less exposed!
Sometimes when I get into a “standoff” with an enemy and they kill me, the kill cam looks as though I’m not even aiming at them, or didn’t get a shot off!
Though my biggest annoyance was when I logged in one day and got some kind of “inconsistency” error with my saved stats, so COD4 reset *all* of my stats and bumped me back down to private while on my way to my 3rd prestige! (And, no I wasn’t being a Hax0R and doing the name-color thing or anything else!) Ah well, least it gave me a change to improve my kill/win/accuracy ratios as I really *sucked* when I first started
The game (COD4) has been much better after the last couple of updates (ps3), however, I just wanted to speak on behalf of my clan (513) and suggest some more changes with what users (consensus lobby chat with our clan and beyond) really want now:
1) The mute is great, although it would be nice to have it carry over to the intermission lobby for those with a propensity to use profanity, have horrible audible devices and that are just plain annoying.
2) If you are already in a game and your clan has a total of 5 or less people and you invite someone (non-ground war game), I think that they should go to your group and users that you “don’t know” (weren’t invited) should then be placed on the other team. It doesn’t make sense that we have to all back out, re-invite our clan members and then get back into another game. Plus, it sucks having to kill your friends while they “always” end up on the other team while playing alongside strangers (even if they are better then your friend – LOL). Maybe to remedy the issue (in comparison to your 2nd paragraph below), if they have the same clan tag as you, then they should be able to get on your team, unless you already have 6 people (from the lobby) and/or with the same clan tag name?
3) I’ve noticed an alarming trend lately while playing games like Sabotage where you plant the bomb, the ‘host’ will then leave the game, ending it in a draw instead of sucking it up and taking the loss like a (wo)man. Please get a patch that drops the game to the next available host to correct and alleviate this issue.
4) I’m sure there are different ways of doing math (see pic attached), however, I would love to have someone explain to me how you can get 94,000+ wins and only 974 losses, but your largest win streak is 7?!? Same thing for the 2nd best player (W-L) who has 62,000+ wins and only 1251 losses with a win streak of 6. Just so you are aware, there are similar discrepancies with the kills and score (didn’t look at accuracy).
5) Speaking of leader boards, it would be nice if we could sort by ratio and streak, kills and deaths, etc while changing filters.
6) I would like to see an ‘opt-in’ program where we can decide to have our daily, weekly, monthly status (kills, deaths, wins, etc) emailed to us as to how we did during that span of time. Think how EA does NCAA where you can have your game stats emailed to you after the match (online play). It would be entertaining to forward the email to our buddies (good PR move since I know that is your specialty) and get the fire stoked for more competition each and every night.
Also, I’d love to see something like this (http://www.dailytech.com/Microsoft+Marks+Xbox+360+Cheaters+Resets+Gamerscores+to+Zero/article11248.htm) because this would be nice for the PSN and COD to help solve the problem for whomever with a 77.29 kill ratio, yet a streak of 7! ;p
I can usually avoid all of the things this guy said in his article because I’m a hardcore sniper so I don’t need to worry about the randomly tossed frags or any of those EXCEPT!!………….. The damn juggernaut perk. I’m usually always gettin headshot with the sniper so when I kill one of those juggernaut faggets with one bullet to the head I feel really good that they suck and I don’t but, when I’m not able to get headshots I shoot them in the chest and when that red cross appears I get really pist off because they always cower to cover like they think they’re the best because they avoided to get killed by a sniper due to their juggernaut perk. I think its bullshit and I can hardly wait until Infinity Ward decides to take that n00b perk out. (thats if they do)

FFS, it’s a game! You think it would be fun if people stood there and waited for you to kill them? It’s called problem solving. Think of it like a mini Arms Race. You do something, they counter with something else, you (if you’ve got any brains) counter that, and so on.
So you got hit by a random grenade. Bad luck. So what?
Sniped by a camper? Do something about it. It’s a challenge. If you don’t like it, there are loads of basic FPS games that you can play instead. This game has many more levels of enjoyment than most. Lots of different ways to win. Hey, a bit like war, isn’t it? (Although, I bet George W Bush has asked the UN to stop the terrorists using their Martyrdom perk, too. “It’s ruinating the enjoyment of the war for the US of A Marines!”)
In summary: Don’t like it? Go. Fancy a challenge? Stay and play (and how about saying ‘good game’ at the end, instead of slagging everyone off for being a ‘noob’?).
The only thing that annoys me is peeps thst don’t prestige…..if you don’t, you are only completing less than a tenth of the game. basically if you don’t do it….you are pretty bad at the game…you need all red dots and scopes and perks….you do not have much actual skill at the game. so pointless not too…..i don’t think it should be a choice, you should HAVE to do it! They added it for a reason…..605 levels to complete and u only wanna do 55….go play something else….boo hoo!!!
Just started my 3rd prestige by the way….been online for 6 weeks…and i work, so who doesn’t have the time?
I dont get why people freak out like this, its a game!, use everything thats in it to your advantage!! I dont get why people are bitching about the campers, its part of the game!!!, its meant to be realistic, so of course camping and being a sniper has to be a part of it. If you are one of those peope who wine about the perks in the game go play a game where all you do is shoot eachother in the open wearing bright colours using no tactics at all (aka halo). I also dont get why you people argue about other people not wanting to go into prestige mode, its their choice whether or not they do it, its none of your buisness! Like I said, if your gonna complain about all of the perks and random grenade droping’s and what not, go play a pussy game like halo!
All in all, dont ruin the game for the rest of us because you have a few stupid complaints of how you didnt win like you think you should every round!

I would also like to see the ability to have guest play online. The primary reason my dad got this game was so he and I could play together, only for us to find that you couldn’t bring guests in. (One xbox, one xbox live account… that should be enough)
Very very annoyed that no guest play is possible.. wish they’d have mentioned it on the box before he bought it.

Glitchers have no skills whatsoever so they hack their games console or watever they do and just have their computer program play for them.
i have no quarel with people who are the best but when someone says “noob u got owned u suck i rock u r gay I am the best!” i get pissed of what i do is not mute them but beat their score. it shuts them up.
oh and about prestige i have nothing against people who don’t prestige but i encourage my mates too.

Prestige has absolutely nothing to do with people ‘pwning’ you or not?
I stayed at level 55 for ages and unlocked two golden guns, but i then got bored and decided to prestige last night with my friends!
When we entered the game our clan [RG] had three level ones all using the same gun, but all three of us still managed to come at the top of the list, and all getting at least a Kill/death ratio of 3.
If your a good player it doesnt matter what guns other players have, you should be able to beat them anyway.

Everyone’s got their little peeves about any game. That’s what the game is about. So what if this guy published his online? He’s right about it being the chatter over the mics. Especially the juggernaut perk. I know I’ve cursed many a time over it. I know there’s nothing I can do, really. I use the stopping power as much as possible.
As far as prestige goes, I’ll probably do it. I just attained my level 55 rank, and I don’t think I like the little stars by my name. A new icon may be just fine with me. Plus I’d love to do a bunch of the challenges again. I may, however, wait until I’ve completed all the challenges first, before I prestige, just to say I’ve done them all.
Biggest peeve of mine? The stupid kids. You all know what I’m talking about. Can’t live with them…hey, you CAN kill them. Schweet.

To all of you people that are sitting here at your computer whining abuot this game…Go get a new one or make one your damn self! This game is not meant to portray real life situations, it is solely meant for entertainment purposes. If you are gonna sit here and cry all damn day abuot, I wish this was changed, or, I wish this wasnt like this, GO GET A NEW GAME OR MAKE ONE YOURSELF.They put all the guns on here they put all the perks on here as well to make the game more interseting. Sorry if it doesnt satisfy all you fucktard geeks out there. I think this is one of the best online multi-player games that has come out for the gaming console. So basically I feel there is no NOOB tactics, there are no easier guns to kill with, and the perks sure as hell dont make you a better player. If you are truly a good player then you will be able to beat all this. Hence the reason I am saying all this, I have yet to lose a match bc of someone being juggernaut, or martydom, or last stand, YOU FIND WAYS TO BEAT THEM THATS

Ok wow thats annoying alright but here’s the thing ITS CALLED TACTICS so what if you got killed and had to go whine to your mom about it yeah i have to admit Martydome is annoying but only when they have Sonic boom because as i’m running away i get killed and go ok how did that happen i was more than good enough away but thats when i realise that they had a perk that gave them an advantage, thats what their there for DUH….Anyway the only annoyance is martydom beacause it has no real way of stopping it unless your a sniper. Also Presitge mode sucks so what if the are 605 levelswow we get trade in everytihng we worked for for a stupid little insignia wow thats lame you know?…The only reason i happen to be on presige now is because of my brother and he paid alot i kicked his ass very badly…

Martydom does piss me off, when I’m as far as away as possible and it still kills me without sonic boom.
2.Last stand. I shoot them and the gun happens to miss all around them and they shoot me twice and I die.
3.Sniping.The kill cam always shows the cross hair way off and I die.
I know Im complaining, but seriously, some of this is getting out of hand.
4.Peo0ple calling people noobs. WHY DOES IT MATTER? We were all once a “Noob” So what if they have an actual life and don’t have hardcore sex with video games 24 7. Congradulations, you just killed thousands of pixels.
5. Prestige mode. The game gets boring! I unlocked the gold ak, gold shotty, red tiger mp5 on 6th prestige. It gets boring! After everything is said and done, you want to do somethign else, so prestige! You get cooler icons, and the game gets entertaining.
6.And for all you complaining about camping, I do too.
I mean seriously, camping is actually a good tactic. For all you idiots who just run as fast as possible past a corner and complain about camping, your the one whose the faggot, queer, jiggaboo, etc.
maybe you could step some game up and actually CHECK corners in what not.
and 7th, I HATE when people send me messages on PSN saying ” You ****ing faggot camper when IM sniping. Seriously, you don’t run around with a sniper. Your suppose to camp with it, what would be the point of using one. People these days, just don’t have common sense anymore.
Overall, this game is amazing. I just got it in april. Though my skateboarding as dwindled away, but this game is very addicting.

Hello, I would like to say that I am with you 100%. Everyone of these loudmouths mouthing off about the things you mentioned is because that is the only way they know how to play. I believe that the game should be even across the board and it is not. You and I excluded, there are a lot of people playing and just a few are “allowed” to win. I have never seen the caliber of asshole that works x-fire on the different servers. They don’t want to help anyone and they are always able to pop in and out behind me. I am not crying, I am trying to learn, and when I ask questions, no-one, absolutely no one will help.Now I know there will be jackasses out there who will give me a bunch of crap, know what? I don’t care, I call it the way I see it. I just think there are too many people not dying in this game and are either geniuses or cheating somehow. I suppose I will have to learn for myself. You stick to your guns, you definitely are not the only one out there with gripes. All I have ever wanted to do is play a fair game. Thank you for your comments and for those that disagree, well your the ones I don’t want to have anything to do with anyhow.
Well you do have a point … but most of that can be avoided. Sure juggernaut is annoying when your sniping but when your actually up front just shoot a little bit longer, same with last stand. Matyrdom is a gay perk and it doesn’t make sense that the Matyrdom nades are stronger than normal ones…. they should be equal and then maybe that’d be a little bit better. \
Spawning right into an airstrike is annoying and the “watch the airstrike” tactic usually fails because (not the games fault) when you’re into the game you’ll just go right back into it

yeah OK i’ll throw my frags instantly and then run and go ramboing with my M16 (which is totally an overpowered weapon- I believe range decay doesn’t really effect it much actually….. from what I’ve heard) and then when i die boom yay matyrdom!
well its obvious that theres imbalances but overall cod4 is a pretty solid game. Theres ways to avoid everything overall its experience. You’ll learn the campign spots and where to look and make sure its clear.
My major gripe is hte M16 definately…. I’m gonna get flamed but to be honest its a noob weapon. When you get sniped by an M16 it just doesn’t make sense… especially if your sniping in the first place it kinda sucks. It’s okay i guess though if only a few people use it but when you see their entire team sporting M16’s… it’s just gay
Oh and modded controllers. Stop it. whats to playing a game doing well at it but not using skills that you have but actulaly just modding it…. yeah great you can mod it but shooting that G3 full auto with a modded controller is fail. I know a few people who can do it without but seriously theres some people who are just assholes with the modded thing.
